We are looking for an inviting and energetic individual to join our admin team as a full-time receptionist (4-5 days/week). Come join us to fulfill your career aspirations and expand your horizon while providing top-quality care for our patients!

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients and families
• Manage, schedule, and confirm patient appointments and recalls
• Collect and receive payments
• Prepare and send claim forms for dental insurance
• Follow and inform patients of office procedures and policy
• Answer and manage calls

Requirements

• Dental receptionist experience is a bonus but not must
• Dental reception certificate or equivalent if there is no prior experience in dental field
