Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide information to callers and schedule appointments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred but not needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with Google Suite and computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.22-$27.27 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
