Dental Receptionist

We are currently looking for a lovely front desk receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator to cover a Medical Leave position Monday to Thursday.

This could lead to possible P/T to F/T future employment as well. Great wages, wellness program and an AMAZING team.

Days and hours that are available are as follows:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, and work well with a team setting as well as individually. Dentrix users and experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job description/ duties :

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.
• Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database. (RecallMax program to assist you!)
• Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Bill and cash out clients and send claims electronically and by mail as needed.
• Effectively book clients for hygiene recalls- due and overdue.
• And a host of other day to day duties that are too numerous to mention.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
