We are a busy Dental Practice looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist / including treatment coordinating. Experience is an asset but enthusiasm for learning and a strong team mentality are even more important.

Duties:
- Using computers to update electronic patient records
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
Financial Duties:
- Submitting insurance claims
- Processing payments
- Billing

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
- Dental reception certificate

Salary: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
