Dental Receptionist

Dr. Thomas and Lee's office is a privately owned clinic that has been serving the community for more than 50 years. We are a well established office with long term staff members. We are looking for a dedicated full time receptionist to join our team. If you are friendly, organized, able to multi-task and work well with others we look forward to meeting you.

This full time shift would be Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment processes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
- Previous dental reception experience is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Knowledge of Power practice or other dental practice management software is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in a similar role who can quickly adapt to our fast-paced environment.

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
