Dental Receptionist/Manager with DENTAL experience

We are looking for a Dental receptionist/Office manager to join our growing team! !

We are looking for an energetic person to join our team of young professionals. The successful candidate must be able to multitask as the position involves wearing more than one hat. If you like to connect with patients, love to smile, enjoy meeting new people every day, and have strong communication skills, you might be the right candidate for this position.

Office hours require to work One evening per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
• Effectively manage Recall system and accurately maintain patient database
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.
• Prepare and send predeterminate for dental treatment
• Process patient referrals and other patient-related correspondence
• Dealing with insurance providers

• Qualifications and Skills
• Proven work experience as a DENTAL receptionist or in a similar role (REQUIRED)
• Previous experience with DENTAL clinic software (Dentrix, Recall Max)
• Strong Administrative Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and inputting of dental codes an asset.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
