Job Description:
Your responsibilities
- Actively implement the marketing vision to achieve objectives, with a focus on driving lead generation and supporting B2B sales efforts. Take ownership of the online presence of various companies.
- Skillfully communicate customers’ success stories through various mediums, highlighting their importance in lead generation.
- Develop tailored KPIs and ROI methods for B2B software lead generation campaigns.
- Direct the creation of clear and compelling presentations for diverse purposes, including sales presentations, webinars, analyst calls, and partner events. Proficiently create content and train team members in effective storytelling.
- Equip the sales team with persuasive messaging, leveraging customer success stories to enhance product demonstration. Collaborate with sales to refine strategies for improved lead generation and sales processes.
- Strategize and execute go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of demand-generation strategies for B2B engagement. Lead the strategy and execution for strategic in-person and virtual events aimed at accelerating the sales pipeline, in conjunction with the go-to-market teams.
- Immerse yourself in the market, product, and customer personas to become an authority, focusing on uncovering insights that drive successful lead generation strategies. Identify unique value propositions and integrate these insights into targeted campaigns.
- Develop and enact a customer advocacy program to cultivate positive experiences and strategically leverage satisfied customers in lead generation endeavors. Develop customer ambassadors by nurturing relationships and proactively showcasing their success in the market, in collaboration with our delivery partners. Develop co-marketing strategies for each strategic client in partnership with our Account Management lead.
- Familiarize yourself with the competitive landscape to effectively position our product in the workforce management market, empowering our sales team with a competitive edge in both lead generation and overall B2B sales efforts. Provide marketing support for our partnership relationships.
Our Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent.
- 7+ years experience in progressively senior marketing and/or communications roles, ideally in B2B or SaaS companies.
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader within a marketing/communications team.
- Proven ability to manage a busy marketing and communications calendar that includes a full range of traditional and digital marketing activities
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including experience and comfort with copywriting and editing, and ability to tailor output for different audiences and channels.
- Strong experience with SEO and fluent understanding of best practices for optimizing performance
- Proven ability to consistently produce best-in-class marketing content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead a marketing team.
