We need an intuitive marketer who formulates sharp hypotheses, tests them rapidly, learns from the outcomes, and scales their strategies.

What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and executing the company's market positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Working with management to define the target market, value proposition, and core marketing messages
- Hands-on creation and refinement of Marketing content, ensuring its resonance with our brand voice
- Managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, ensuring their success by measuring against KPIs
- Strategically planning and executing a monthly Linkedin and Instagram campaign targeting key relationships
- Meetings with management to determine best approaches to develop relationships with potential clients
- Fully implementing digital marketing strategies with the assistance of the design team
- Identify and source publications, press releases and events for further outreach of Sockrates’ story and products.
- Create budgets with management for digital marketing plan

- Producing repetitive, boilerplate reports without fresh insights
- Micromanaging junior team members without focusing on the bigger strategic picture
- Relying on agencies without any personal involvement or overburdening yourself without delegating anything
Director Of Product Marketing Key Responsibilities
Establishing a clear market footprint and voice for the company, ensuring alignment with our target audience of B2B Marketing and Event Managers across the globe.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience creating market positioning strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for a new product or company
- Exceptional content-creation abilities
- Ability to balance strategy development and practical execution to meet ambitious deadlines
- Experience communicating directly with senior executives
