Document Control & Administration
Main Reporting Location: Sault Ste. Marie Office
Sector: Industrial Construction
Duties:
· Support various project leads in the creation, submission, tracking, and closing of project documents.
· Visit various project sites daily/weekly.
· Attend and/or facilitate both internal and client weekly project progress meetings.
· Tracking of various project costs in applicable spread sheets.
· Scanning and filing documentation.
· Tracking of project materials, compiling spreadsheets, and applicable back-up documentation.
· Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of CCM Contracting Ltd.’s Safety Manual and the applicable Provincial Legislation.
· Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of CCM Contracting Ltd.’s Quality Manual.
Qualifications:
· Construction knowledge an asset.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent use of English, verbal and written.
· Strong mathematical skills an asset.
· Ideal candidate will be highly adaptable with the ability to learn quickly.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability related to computer software and administrative systems in a Windows environment (file management, document tracking, spread sheet applications, data input and retrieval, etc.)
· Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills with Client teams.
· Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess a valid driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
