Salary```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Manager to join our team. Based in Edson Alberta, as the Equipment Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct mechanics to execute repairs and maintenance activities on equipment.
- Monitor and analyze equipment utilization data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans for equipment management.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and identify preventive maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Implement and manage an effective maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the VP of Operations on equipment performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in equipment management, preferably in a heavy equipment or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and direct a team of mechanics.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities for monitoring equipment utilization data.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,914.80-$122,483.54 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
