Evening Line/Prep Cook

We are looking to extend our kitchen team! We are looking for someone with great communication skills, the ability to work well in a team environment and someone who is a quick and eager leaner. If this sounds like you we look forward to receiving your resume!

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Working the line, cold apps, salads and the fryer
- Ensure food is stored properly and at the correct temperature.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
