Sun West School Division invites applications for anExecutive Assistantin the Sun West School Division Office, Rosetown, SK. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per weekstarting on or before April 2, 2024.
The successful applicant, as part of the Sun WestSchool Divisionteam, will provide confidential administrative support for the Director of Education and other senior level management as required. Applicants with strong technology skills, including proficiency inMicrosoft Officeand Social Media platforms, are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate must have the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines, work effectively as a team member as well as independently, learn a variety of software platforms, communicate effectively, problem solve, multi-task, and organize a varied workload.
