The Ministry of Energy and Resources, Field Services Branch (Energy Regulation Division), administers several programs aimed at managing oil and gas infrastructure in Saskatchewan. The Field Services Branch head office is in Regina and within its operations, also has field operations run out of offices in Estevan, Swift Current, Kindersley, and Lloydminster.
The Ministry of Energy and Resources has a challenging opportunity for a highly-skilled, well-organized individual to provide administrative support to the Executive Director of our Field Services Branch and the Director of our Information Management Branch. Your services will be split between both areas. You will also provide backup for the Executive Coordinator position to the ADM.
The Field Services/Information Management teams within the Ministry of Energy and Resources are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join us in the role of Executive Administrative Assistant. As a dedicated team, we work collaboratively to provide current, accurate information in order to serve the residents of Saskatchewan.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through formal education and extensive experience in a senior administrative position.
Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:
- A combination of formal education in business or office administration, combined with work experience in a similar role; and,
- Experience using a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
