In this high-profile position, you will be responsible for providing confidential executive assistant support and administering a variety of activities such as critical dates, database information, general accounting, and superior response to internal and external stakeholders. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a minimum of five years of administrative assistance experience and will have demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly, to be detail orientated, to have exceptional organization skills and to work within and meet various deadlines.

Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Providing varied and diverse confidential administrative support to senior executives.
- Managing calendars, communications, meetings, and scheduling.
- Assisting with project coordination and management.
- Researching and compiling information on various projects and initiatives.
- Handling incoming correspondence, inquiries, and requests predominantly via phone and electronically.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other logistical needs.
- Managing expense reports and budget reconciliation.
- Minimum of five years' administrative assistance experience.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exemplary organizational and analytical skills.
- Innovative thinking and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
