Job description

Fishbone Culinary Concepts, known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Executive Chef to join our team.

We are a growing Hospitality driven company focused on guest relations and product quality. Great opportunity for advancement and growth as we continue to plan our expansion.

MUST HAVE Minimum 4 years experience as a CDC in upscale dining environment.

Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management..

Must be knowledgeable and creative within a Mediterranean Cuisine concept focused on seafood, catering to affluent clientele. Clean plating style, simplicity in the preparation, sourcing great local product when available, being calm and collected in interactions during service, are just a few key traits we look for in our chefs.

Base Salary, Cell Phone Allowance, Group Benefits, Dining Allowance, Performance Based Bonus Structure, Tip Out, and other perks.

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly

Must Reside in GTA/Southern Ontario

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $84,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
