We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers

- Ensure that all food preparation is in compliance with food safety regulations

- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of kitchen staff

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers for sourcing high-quality ingredients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes into our menu offerings

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proven track record in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
