About Us
Shared Value Solutions is a growing environmental and community development consulting firm based in Guelph that collaborates with First Nation, Métis, and Inuit Nations from coast, to coast, to coast. Our team works alongside Indigenous Nations and organizations across Canada, providing technical guidance, regulatory advice, peer reviews, planning, and negotiation strategy in relation to major resource development projects.
We are a company of Indigenous and non-Indigenous environmental, data and technology, cultural heritage, planning, and regulatory researchers committed to braiding Indigenous Knowledge with western science to further our clients’ goals of prosperity, stewardship, and jurisdiction.
We are an equal opportunity employer and strive to build diverse teams that reflect the community. We encourage applications from underrepresented groups such as women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, those identifying as LGBTQ2SI, veterans and people with disabilities. If you require accommodation through any part of the recruitment process, please let us know and we will be pleased to facilitate that for you.
Preference is given to candidates identifying as Indigenous, including First Nations, Métis, or Inuit. We are striving to build a diverse team that has lived experience with Indigenous communities. Please apply if you have equivalent qualifications and traditional knowledge that are not listed in the job description below.
It will greatly assist us with screening if you refer in your application to your Indigenous identity. Recognizing the impacts of colonization on Indigenous people, it is your choice whether to volunteer information. We will hold your application in strictest confidence, sharing it only with our hiring team.
