We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Busser/Food Runner to join our Food and Beverage team. This key service position is responsible for:
- Assists servers with guest orders and ensures delivery of high quality service.
- Clearing and cleaning tables to ensure they are presentable; carrying trays of dishes to stewarding area.
- Restock cutlery and supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of our food and beverage outlets.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Participating in daily standup meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Well organized and attention to detail.
- Uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work evening and day shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff, multiple guests/multiple items/products.
- Smart Serve Certificate required.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e., lifting 20-lb. trays
