SalaryA fast-paced Bento Sushi Bar's looking for one full time, permanent employee and a summer student. Sushi making experience is not necessary. The right candidates will be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently without supervising. We provide a paid training.
Job responsibilities:
- Roll quality sushi and make sushi preps in a time efficiency manner.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Deliver good customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
- Record daily production records and logs.
- Receive store supplies.
- 1 year's commitment at least
Working location: Zehrs Markets, 30 King St S, Alliston, ON
Qualifications:
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Well adept to small areas and precise work
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen (previous Food Handler Certification considered an asset)
- Comfortable to customer service ; expression of kindness with guests
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg (33 lb).
Hours: 35-40 per week
Bento Sushi, Alliston.
