Farmacy Beauty is hiring a part-time freelance Market Specialist to represent our brand at Sephora stores in the Greater Toronto, ON area for the upcoming season!
The ideal candidate has a passion for skin care, relationship building, and selling + education. Must have proven sales track record, strong communication skills, weekend/evening availability, and reliable transportation in the area and willingness to cover Missisauga + downtown Toronto. SEPHORA experience preferred.

- Estimated approximately 12-18hrs/week (shifts can range from 4-8 hr periods over 3 days a week). Hours will vary based on business need, budget, and store schedule availability.
- Competitive hourly rate offered based on market and candidate experience level. Farmacy Beauty reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as ambassador for FARMACY at Sephora stores to build our business
- Achieve event sales goals + sale per hour target
- Partner with field leader to meet in-store visit objectives (Sales, Education, Events)
- Educate Sephora employees about Farmacy products and increase brand awareness
- Ensure in-store visuals and merchandising standards are met
- Report inventory and stock level issues to field leader
- Maintain positive relationships in store with Sephora leadership & Beauty Advisors
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Sephora (either as Sephora employee or selling for a brand): 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Toronto, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
