Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a polite and helpful manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Familiarity with Front Desk procedures and phone etiquette
