This is a Full Time Seasonal experience from April through September and requires living on-site in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Position Overview:
To ensure smooth operation of the Front Office. Must provide efficient and courteous service to each guest and operate according to the policies, procedures, quality standards established by the management team for the satisfaction of all internal and external guests. Must be willing to work shifts and weekends if needed. Must be able to deal calmly and professionally with the public and staff in all situations.

- Working knowledge of reservation systems

Description of Duties:
- Greeting and always acknowledging Guests (apply 10 foot rule – within 10ft of the guest acknowledge them with a smile and speak to the guest)
- Answering of phones (a mile on your face puts a smile in your voice)
- Taking & inputting reservations by phone and email.
- Check in Guests/Check out Guests
- Responding to guest inquiries
- Follow through on guest requests
- Cashier related duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the front and back offices
- All reception and administrative duties as requested by senior management
- Responding to requests & inquiries from team members from other departments.
- Additional tasks as assigned by senior management
