Front of House Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling food transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized front-end area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items
- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
- Cashiering experience, including accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations is a plus

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
