Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering or bartending is a plus
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
