Job Opportunity - NMP2 General Office Clerk

The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we here at Nartech Metal Products Ltd Plant 2 ( Windsor) have a challenging career opportunity for a General Office Clerk. The candidate for this position will support a variety of Managers in our facility, starting with Manufacturing & Maintenance and potentially including Production, Purchasing, Quality, Tooling, and the Plant Manager. This position works closely with all departments and will need to demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking and personal skills.

Job Summary

Prepare reports/ charts / information as required to support various managers.

Input and review all Production Charts (P-Charts) for completeness & correctness.

Various administration functions regarding departmental meetings, office coordination and record keeping.

Job Requirements

College graduate with a formalized course accreditation in administrative skills, computer applications and basic business fundamentals.

Minimum 1-3 years experience in an office or business administration. Experience in the field of automotive stampings and assemblies is an asset.

Demonstrated experience must contain strong organizational, communication, administrative and time management skills.

Successful candidates must demonstrate strong computer literacy; including experience with all office applications with an emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet applications, internet communications and project tracking.
