```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a must
This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail is crucial for this role, as the clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files.
