- Responsible for welcoming guests through check-in and out of the hotel, receiving payment, correcting account and reservation discrepancies, creating and canceling reservations, and acting as a switchboard relief.
- Answers the switchboard and all other related phone duties in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answers all guest inquiries, and complaints concerning the Hotel, its services, etc. in a polite and tactful manner.
- Provide guest security through effective key control and confidentiality.
- Telephone to be answered within 3 rings while complying with the Hilton Brand Standards.
- Ensure any guest messages or faxes are accurately logged and forwarded to the correct guest/department.
- Ensure all non-stop checkouts are processed and filed for delivery upon request of the guest.
- Correct any inaccuracies and discrepancies in any guests' accounts or profiles.
- Handle all guest inquiries/complaints in accordance with our Brand Standards.
- Updates Guest Accounts and presents checks to guests (exchanges currency and balances cash on a daily basis)
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships providing value and profitability.
- Demonstrates knowledge of OnQ, Hilton's property Management system.
- Complies with and exceeds Brand Service Standards and guests' expectations.
- Know and understand the products and services offered by the Company and Hotel.
- Keep informed of all local attractions and events in the city and keep informed of all hotel activities.
- Work with and assist all team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the hotel management.
- The candidate will be required to work varied shifts including overnight shifts

Salary: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
