Mission Group is seeking a Homeowner Care Coordinator to join the Homeowner Care team. Reporting to the Homeowner Care Manager, the individual will be responsible for completing homeowner orientations and key possessions, as well as coordination of deficiencies. They will split their time between the office, on-site, and travel to appointments as required. The Homeowner Care Coordinator will also coordinate the home handovers with construction and sales as well as deficiencies with the trades. This position is located in Kelowna, BC, and requires travel between sites.
What you’ll do:
- Complete homeowner orientations and key possessions.
- Ensure completion of deficiencies prior to owner possession dates.
- Coordinate orientation deficiencies with the site, trades, and Mission Group staff as needed.
- Update records and ensure proper documentation is complete.
- Maintain records in Salesforce. Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience closing a building or sales environment is considered an asset.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to represent Mission Group positively and professionally.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Team player, professional attitude, compassion for customer concerns.
- Knowledge of construction environment and building codes.
- Dedication to safety and safe work procedures.
- Professionally work with and coordinate trades to complete tasks.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision or in a team environment.
- Ability to work and communicate in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
