Residential Service Coordinator

Community Connections Support Services is seeking applications from community minded professionals interested in assisting people who have a disability to live more inclusively in their community.

This 36 hour per week position as Residential Service Coordinator involves the orientation, recruitment, screening and ongoing monitoring of our Residential Services.

Interested applicants will have a background in human services, a commitment to excellence in customer service and will have a personal philosophy that supports dignity and autonomy for all. This is an Management position that requires the maintenance of a home based office, use of a personal vehicle at work and computer skills (including the use of the Internet and word processing and spreadsheet software, etc.).
