We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, including specials and promotions
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns effectively
- Knowledge of hotel or guest services is a plus

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
