You must have fantastic personality and people skills as well as clear and confident communication skills in order to communicate effectively with our guests and your team. Critical thinking - and the ability to make quick and proper decisions based on your training is absolutely necessary!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Use the POS system
- Assist with guest services and resolve any guest concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$19.50 per hour
