SalaryI'm looking for someone to manage my vacation rental property in Kawartha Lakes on a part-time basis. The workload should be somewhere between 5-10 hours per week. Your responsibility includes taking care every aspect of the property with the exception of cleaning, which will be taken care of by professional cleaners I work with.
In particular, some of the tasks include:
- Handle guest requests/complaints to ensure happy stays.
- Inspect the property before guest check-in and after guest check-out.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and refill as needed.
- Coordinate with errands as needed (e.g. oil tank refills, furniture delivery, mail collection, etc).
You will also be the emergency contact for the property shall any incident arises. You will be compensated extra for handling emergencies outside of regular work hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned areas
- Customer service-oriented mindset and excellent communication Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
