Job description

HyperRegen Sports Medicine, a cutting-edge orthopaedic clinic located in downtown Toronto, is seeking a dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities include ensuring an optimal patient centric experience, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, communicating with patients and referring clinicians/clinics, invoicing and billing, as well as, handling inquiries both in person and over the phone.

In addition to providing administrative support, this role requires proficiency in marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate experience and expertise in marketing strategies, content creation, and managing social media accounts. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, promoting clinic services, and engaging with our online community to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
