Position Overview: As a Sales Recruiter at Express Heat Therapy, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top sales talent to support our growth and success. You will collaborate closely with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods, including Indeed, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential sales candidates.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
Collaborating with a Hiring Manager: Partner with a hiring manager to understand the specific needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sales or related positions.
- Strong knowledge of sales roles, skills, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
