Position Overview:

As a Solar Industry Recruiter at mySolar, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to drive our mission of sustainable energy adoption. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidates who share our commitment to solar innovation and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions for roles in the solar industry.

- Proactively source candidates through industry-specific channels, including solar job boards, renewable energy associations, and networking events.

- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience in solar energy.

- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge of solar technology and industry trends.

- Manage the candidate pipeline and communicate regularly with hiring teams.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.

- Stay up-to-date with solar industry developments to understand evolving skill requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a recruiter in the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Deep understanding of solar technology and industry-specific recruitment processes.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with solar industry certifications and qualifications.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

Salary: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
