We are currently looking for full time virtual recruiters who have experience in recruiting, understand the nuances of this business, who are entrepreneurial, able to maximize results, stand on their own feet and work on a full commission basis. This is turnkey operation with no franchise fees or cost to you other than your high speed internet connectivity, a fast computer and printer and current cell phone with data. We supply everything else, that is everything you need to be operational in the recruiting business.

What type of people are we looking for?
We are looking for people with the know how and/or the personal drive to be successful in the recruiting business; people with confidence and conviction who will recognize our differential advantages, believe in them, and promote the virtues of the PeopleFind Brand. In terms of personal characteristics, we seek people with integrity, a clean career history, professionalism, strong work ethic, plus a positive overall attitude. You need to be able to find the right candidates that match the job profile requirements of our client employers, and, you need to be able to identify placement opportunities and reach out to employers and acquire the mandates we need to commission PeopleFind to execute the work required to fill the positions assigned to us. If you have a gracious personality and are excellent at building relationships you will fit well within our team. To maximize your results in this business, you have to be excellent at sourcing candidates which will occupy 80% of your time, but you also have to be able to effectively identify placement opportunities and approach employers and obtain the mandates to fill those positions. We seek recruiters preferably with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. However, if your personality and attitude are right we can provide the training and guidance required for you to become a successful recruiter and Recruiting Partner at PeopleFind.
