As a student, you will build lasting relationships with industry leaders, and contribute to work that will build and strengthen your skill sets. Primary duties include:
- Perform analysis and auditing of business unit records, design document libraries, and develop organizational structures for managing content.
- Design and implement information management plans, strategies, and solutions for the business unit.
- Provide information management advice and training to business unit staff on information management policies, systems, and tools.
- Assign Shared Drive permissions for the business unit.
- Create training manuals. Conduct training sessions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 2 year diploma program in Records Management, Documentation, Archives Information Management, Library Sciences, or a related field.
- The ability to multitask, and complete work assignments in a timely manner.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
