Duties: 

 

  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Manage incidents

Additional Duties:

 

  •  Provision new end-user accounts for the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
  • Assist the Cloud team with weekly price book updates in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
  • Assist the Cloud team with quarterly pre-release and public-release application updates in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
  • Assist the IT team with internal IT projects.
  • Assist the Cloud team with IT projects in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment in Microsoft Azure.

Terms of Employment:

Permenent Fulltime, 35.00 to 40.00 hours per Week

Employment Condition:

Day, Evening, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Weekend

Languages:

English

Education:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Network and system administration/administrator

Experiance: 

1 year to less than 2 years 

Experience and specialization:

Computer and technology knowledge

  • Shell script
  • Device drivers
  • Networking security
  • Servers
  • Desktop applications
  • MS Active Directory

Transportation/travel information

Own transportation
