We are looking for a customer-oriented, motivated individual to join our professional team as an Inside Sales Rental Representativeat our Sudbury, ON branch!

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching for new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Enter customer information and notes from outbound sales calls into the CRM.
• Lead follow up from online requests and counter leads.
• Further your sales skills by applying learned techniques relating to the different stages of the sales process (i.e., prospecting, discovery, overcoming objections, closing, etc.).
• Participate in sales & promotional events (i.e., trade shows, open houses, customer appreciation, etc.) as well as manage social media posts for the Sudbury area.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the equipment rental industry or a closely related industry is preferred.
• Strong drive for results and very customer oriented with excellent prospecting and needs analysis skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service, and a desire to learn and develop as a sales professional.
• Outgoing personality and ability to conduct cold calls to generate new business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; both in-person and over the phone.
• Very comfortable with computers - knowledge of Systematic, CRM systems & Microsoft Office is a definite asset.
• Bilingual in English/French or English/First Nations languages is a definite asset.
• Solid team player and self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
