Electrogas is a rapidly expanding Safety Equipment company which specializes in Gas Detection and Safety Supplies across Canada. We are looking for mature individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a professional, fast-paced environment to join our team.
Electrogas has been a family orientated business for over 25 years, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and collaborative culture. We're looking for a new team member for the Inside Sales position at our Red Deer branch.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Assisting Customers at Front Desk
- Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate parties
- Providing Customer Quotes
- Obtain and Fill Customer Orders
- Educating Customers on Products
- Upselling Equipment
- Ordering, Maintaining, and Reconciling Inventory
- Data Entry
- ERP software navigation
- CRM software navigation
- Processing Payments
- Helping with Product Preparation
- Troubleshooting and Calibrating Gas Detection Equipment
Qualifications:
- Multi-Tasking
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Computer Literate
- Critical thinking - Problem Solving
- Industry knowledge an asset
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Positive work ethic with a keen interest to learn
- High level of professionalism and good communication skills
- Current drivers license required
