NAPA Halifax, NS is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist

This position pays starting from $21 per hour (depending on applicable experience) + benefits, paid time off, an awesome discount on parts and many other great benefits!

In this key role, you will:

• Develop and manage key customer relationships via phone calls, emails, or video conference
• Establish contact and build relationships with current external suppliers
• Research and identify potential new supply partners to improve customer service, pricing, and product offering
• Manage multiple facets of the business simultaneously including RFQs, PO management , back-order management and on time delivery KPIs

• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for sales
• Account management experience with the ability to develop and manage key customer relationships via phone calls, emails, or video conference
• Time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple facets of the business simultaneously including RFQs, PO management , back-order management and on time delivery KPIs
• Good priority management and listening skills
• Interest in new technologies and continuous training
• Customer-oriented approach and team spirit
• Respond to any complaints and inquiries quickly, efficiently and effectively
• People orientated and understand the importance of building rapport
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
• The ability to work independently will be critical to the success of this role
