Job Summary
We are seeking Full Desk Recruiters to join our growing team in Halifax. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences, driving the expansion of Fuze HR Solutions through targeted efforts in sales, customer service, and recruitment. This role provides a unique blend of excitement – the hunt of both customers and candidates – along with the satisfaction of ensuring ongoing employment for associates and delivering well-matched, skilled candidates to clients with distinct hiring needs.

What you'll be doing
- Proactively develop new business opportunities to contribute to the success of the assigned division.
- Create sales leads by engaging in recruitment activities, making outbound marketing calls to both prospective and existing clients, and skill-market high-quality candidates
- Deliver sales presentations by leveraging knowledge of Fuze HR service portfolio and negotiating pay rates and terms with clients, emphasizing a focus on maintaining a high return on sales and profit margin.
- Efficiently fulfilling and servicing client orders by screening, interviewing, assessing, and placing permanent and contract candidates. Build strong talent pipelines and be proactive for our current as well as future hiring needs.
- Retaining individual clients while optimizing fill rates and time to fill.
- Maintaining accurate and current documentation for both clients and candidates, including records of sales and recruitment/placement activities, using Fuze HR technology, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes and legislation.
What we need from you
- Minimum 2-3 years of related sales/recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment setting.
- Proven experience in networking, lead generation, and prospect development, demonstrating confidence in sourcing and approaching new prospects with excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Resourcefulness and self-motivation, utilizing available information to enhance marketplace knowledge and drive business success.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with excellent analytical skills, ensuring effective and rapid resolution.
- Demonstrated consistently high levels of customer service performance, establishing strong client and candidate relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
