Inside Sales Support – Edmonton
Boundary Mining Group is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support to assist our company’s sales and engineering functions to run accurately and effectively. The position is responsible for the assistance with the Inside Sales group including quoting, preparation of customer orders and the corresponding reports associated with the sales cycle as well as vendor and purchase order management to meet customer order requirements. Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will be assisting with the full sales cycle and additional support of the Inside Sales team, engineering group and Boundary Mining Group as a whole. As an ISO 9001 company, Boundary has developed strong quality management procedures in which to ensure the highest quality work is performed and to assist in the completion of the role.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team through preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Processes customer purchase orders, related vendor purchase orders and customer invoices.
- Monitors stock levels to ensure just-in-time inventory levels and to minimize obsolete parts.
- Monitors customer contracts and advises on additional order and inventory requests as required.
- Manage and maintain purchase order book with all purchase orders and establishes effective communication with the team
- Develop a comprehensive technical and parts knowledge of key product lines to provide technical assistance to employees and customers.
- Ensure that a high quality level of service provided to all stakeholders including outside customers, internal staff and vendor/dealers.
- Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the Company's guidelines, forwards all concerns to Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Positive service focused attitude.
- Desire to work in fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented with the ability to delivery high quality and accurate work
- Understanding of mining equipment considered a benefit.
- A minimum of (2) years’ experience in a similar role a benefit.
- Ability to work with a team and take direction.
- Proficient computer ability applied to Microsoft Office. Understanding of Infor Visual ERP and Kanbanize a strong benefit.
- Secondary education preferred but not required.
