Sales Support

We are looking for a skilled Sales Support to join our team. You’re an organized multi-tasker who communicates well to understand customers’ needs. You are not afraid to put in hard work to deliver results for our customers, enhancing your value of putting customers as priority one. Being in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, you are able to prioritize to complete all tasks daily.

What will you bring?

• Previous experience (2+ years) in an active administrative/customer services and data entry role (preferable).
• Excellent computer knowledge including programs Microsoft Office applications and PDF Editor.
• Experience with SAP software (or similar) is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a level of professionalism.
• Desire to continuously learn, with the initiative to tackle evolving and more challenging tasks.
• Experience in fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Maintain measurable customer service standards to provide high customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to benefit the Sales Representatives & Warehouse Team to concentrate on maintaining and building external customer relations.
• Demonstrate and promote company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and meet and manage client expectations.
• Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, and scanner.
• Entry data, process invoices, assemble documentation and other duties assigned.
• Capable to troubleshoot and problem solve in work situation.
• Ability to multitask, accuracy, and attention to detail.
