About the Role
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. The Inventory Coordinator will also monitor inventory levels and product movement.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity;
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections;
- Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations;
- Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner;
- Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management;
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy;
- Identify and record any issues relating to cycle count discrepancies and negatives;
- Initiate action to prevent the reoccurrence of any non-conformities relating cycle count discrepancies and
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels;
- Verify the implementation of solutions;
- Adhere to all rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook and wear appropriate PPE;
- Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
- Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
- Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
- Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
- Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
- Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.

Your preferred qualifications
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail is key;
- The position requires an individual capable of prioritizing work requirements while working independently or within a team with general direction provided by the team leader and supervisor.
- CPIM training is an asset
