Aquosis is a rental and sales provider of specialized Dewatering and Pumping Equipment for all fluids handling and transfer applications. While mostly known for our construction dewatering and temporary bypass pumping related services, we also offer a complete comprehensive line of pumping equipment which includes diesel, hydraulic and electric powered centrifugal, electric submersibles, light towers, and diesel generators available for rent or sale. As the Inventory Coordinator/Dispatchyou will work closely with the Service and Field Operations as well as customers to guarantee the successful fulfillment of all contracts. Your objective is to ensure all rental and sale inventory is sourced, staged, delivered, and returned in an organized, accurate and efficient manner. Logistics to and from site as well as for inventory purposes is a major component of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with Project Managers, Estimators, Shop and Field Service to ensure the accurate and timely delivery and return of equipment to and from job sites.
- Forecast requirements and source equipment, parts, and material to fulfill upcoming orders.
- Identify and communicate customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
- Assist project management and sales team in addressing customer requirements, preparation of general rental/sales quotations, coordination as well as order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline.
- Daily scheduling of logistics; (inter-company drivers and third-party transport companies).
- Create, update and close purchase orders.
- Assist in regular inventory cycle counts, maintaining system inventory counts that match inventory on hand to facilitate inter-branch transfers.
- Manage cross border & overseas freight coordination and documentation. Regular communications with brokerage firms.
- Comply with all company, governing and equipment-specific safety regulations, as well as environmental regulatory compliance requirements at all times.
- Be available after-hours and weekends (occasional) for emergency response where logistics is required (inter-branch or third-party coordination).
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe work environment.
- When needed, act as a back-up in shop duties (assign pick lists, work orders, communicate with shop staff to coordinate delivery/return of equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Logistics experience a requirement
- Knowledge of Tariff codes and Custom paperwork an asset
- Inside or Outside sales experience and customer service is an asset
- Inventory management an asset
- Have working knowledge of the delivery areas
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
