Position: Scheduling Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Utilize scheduling software to coordinate and manage staff and client schedules.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules for Our Team.
• Handle incoming calls and emails related to scheduling inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with scheduling software is a must, preferably Alayacare.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
