SalaryDentistry@Kingston is looking for the right person to join our dental team as our Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate would be friendly, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working one Saturday a month. Hourly wage will be based on experience. Dentirx and Dexis experience an asset, but not required.
Roles and responsibilities would include but are not limited to: daily administrative tasks, scheduling clients' next appointments, sending dental claims, taking payment, printing dental estimates for clients and explaining treatment as needed, sending pre-determinations to insurance, entering insurance cheques, and contacting clients with outstanding balances.
