WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Integrations, Compliance, & Operations team is seeking highly motivated and energetic Lead Business Analyst to partner and play a key role in the delivery of various strategic initiatives. The purpose of this team is to drive Technology Compliance, aligning with our teams' business goals and to provide recommendations for the best technical and business solutions to meet their goals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Translating business needs, processes and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders.
- Evaluating existing data systems and processes for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
- Working with the development and technology teams to create process models and data flows
- Reviewing/Recommending modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
- Recommending/Implementing data strategies thru data analysis
- Development of process & procedures;
- Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems
- Data analysis & Reporting
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Business Analysis/Business Systems Analysis experience in complex programs across multiple systems or capabilities
- Strong documenting experience (Governance and Risk documentation)
- Expert on MS Excel (e.g. formulas, equation)
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the audience
- A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation
- Data Analysis experiences
- Regulatory knowledge
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers at all levels
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
