SalaryPart-time Legal Assistant for a semi-retired family law lawyer in Eastern Ontario
You may work from home on your own schedule receiving instructions using the Dictaphone -Audio Recorder App . We will cover your cost for the headphone/footpedal.
The work will involve the typing of dictated correspondence, domestic contracts, various Ontario Family Law forms , wills and power of attorney documents.
We expect to be sending you the equivalent of 5-10 hours of work per week to be paid at the rate of $30/hour with a guarantee of 20 hours/month.
The initial contract period would be from May 1/24 to Sept 30/24 ( with possible renewal ) subject to the successful completion of a trial period of the first 2 weeks.
- minimum of three years working as a Legal Assistant for a family law firm in Ontario is required for this position
